Aubriana's is a unique and exciting restaurant whose melting pot American dishes, such as blackened lamb lollipops featuring mouthwatering tender lamb cut off the rack and served with a delcious jalepeno mint gastrique, are sure to keep even the most refined appetites satiated. Other popular dishes include Chef Alexander's Sunburst Mahi directly from our coast's waters and the Veal Chop Saltimboca, which has garnered such praise as the best cut of meat in town. We pride ourselves in the fact that all of our sauces and deserts are made to order. Among the Chef's specialty desserts, look for limoncello sorbet, volcano island cake, and the unrivaled double chocolate peanut butter pie. Expect to spend $17 to $30 for dinner.

A1. Tuna Taco - Sliced blackened Ahi tuna and avacado, set atop crispy wonton shells, finished with a tomato mango relish. 10

A2. Rustic Steak Bruschetta - Ancho spiced beef tenderloin served over toasted crostini and topped with tomato bleu cheese concass�.

A3. Lamb Lollipops - Blackened petit bone-in lamb chops paired with a jalapeno mint gastrique dipping syrup.

A4. Calamari - Lightly fried tender rings and tentacles served with both orange horseradish Dijon marmalade and sweet chili aioli.

A5. Roasted Tomato Hummus - Traditional hummus with a delicious twist of roasted tomato served with toasted pita points.

A6. Crab and Lobster Cake - Single jumbo lump crabmeat and coldwater lobster cake pan seared on a bed of mixed greens served with sweet chili aioli.

A7. Tomato Stack - Stacked vine ripe tomatoes and mozzarella with fresh basil and dark balsamic reduction served over a bed of mixed greens, finished with house made balsamic vinaigrette.

A10. Chicken Tuscana - Pan seared bone-in chicken breast topped with sauteed spinach, roasted red peppers, and goat cheese. Completed with a pesto cream sauce and served over roasted tomato and Cremini mushroom risotto.

A11. Mussels & Clams - Savory mussels and clams sauteed with shallots and garlic, deglazed with white wine, simmered in a sweet and spicy tomato broth with herbs de Provence and linguini pasta.

A12. Pesto Shrimp Pasta - Sauteed shrimp with garlic, shallots, and Cremini mushrooms deglazed with white wine and tossed with slow roasted tomatoes, linguini, pasta, and a fresh basil pesto.

A13. 8 oz Filet Mignon - Marinated with thyme, rosemary and garlic, grilled to order. This mouthwatering filet is topped with caramelized onions and served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with sauteed broccolini, finished with a Cabernet red wine reduction. 27

A14. Veal Chop Saltimbocca - Bone-in veal chop marinated with rosemary, roasted garlic, and sage. Chop is wrapped with prosciutto ham and topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, drizzled with a sweet marsala and fresh sage pan sauce, and is accompanied with sauteed asparagus.

A15. Sunburst Mahi Mahi - Cashew encrusted fresh Mahi mahi, pan seared and deglazed with white wine, accompanied with citrus scallion mash potatoes, sauteed garlic, spinach, and a vanilla mango beurre rouge.

A16. Crab & Lobster Cakes - Pan seared jumbo lump crabmeat and coldwater lobster served with both a sweet chili aioli and a pineapple curry cream sauce. Paired with sauteed spinach and caramelized onion mashed potatoes.

A17. Rack of Lamb - Marinated lamb rack grilled to perfection, drizzled with a jalapeno mint gastrique. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and grille broccolini.
